Shipping

In the unfortunate event that one of our pieces is damaged during shipping, please notify us in a timely manner (no later than one week within arrival). Please take pictures of the damages on the item as well as damages to the packaging. We always ship insured, but evidence of damage is required, so please take pictures.

We are more than happy to work with you to repair any damage. We pack our items with the utmost care, but we cannot control what happens once they leave our hands.
